If you are a meat lover you must have already tried various delicious dishes. It probably seems like you have seen it all. It may seem as if there is nothing new to try. You should have in mind that Korean is a very difficult language for English speakers and mistakes like these are very common. Basic Bulgogi

For the basic bulgogi recipe, you need to cut the meat into thin strips so that the meat can absorb the tasty marinade in minutes instead of hours. Then mix the garlic, sugar, pear, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce into a large or a medium bowl. This makes the bulgogi marinade. After this, you mix it all together and squish everything surrounding until the meat is evenly coated. Then, let it rest in your fridge for up to eight hours, or at room temperature for 30 minutes.

You should heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan until oil is glimmering. Take half of the meat from your marinade and season it lightly with some salt. Cook it in a single layer for about sixty seconds until it becomes lightly browned. Continue tossing your meat from time to time until it becomes cooked and crisp. This should take about three minutes. Put the cooked meat on a plate and repeat the process with some more oil, salt and the rest of your meat.Once it’s ready to serve, garnish the meat with some scallions on top.
