Priced at $125 per person, the menu opens with a welcome bite of Soft Quail Egg Cracker with avocado and crispy quinoa, followed by appetizer choices of Breadcrumbs Crusted Sea Scallops accompanied by english peas purée, sea beans, black olives crumble and cherry tomato confit; Beef Carpaccio made with ricotta cheese, pecan, arugula pesto, honey and purple potato cheese; or vegetarian option of Baby Roasted Eggplant, a specialty dish served with purple cauliflower, roasted tomato purée, stracchino cheese, shaved pecan and raspberry vinegar.
