South Florida’s iconic eco-attraction will feature the Megga-Egga Hunt The newly transformed Jungle Island features both daytime thrills as well as nighttime magnetism in a city that never sleeps. The Easter bunny is bringing a bounty of eco-friendly eggs to Jungle Island for the annual Megga-Egga Hunt. In addition to the hourly egg hunts, the event will include arts and crafts, face painting, music, goody bags and special appearances by the Easter bunny. Jungle Island is home to more than 350 rare animals, engaging animal shows and a number of thrilling experiences, including the brand new Adventure Bay, an action-packed playground overlooking the water with a rock climbing wall, zip lines and air jump. The Megga-Egga Hunt is included in a Classic Explore pass ($49.99 per adult and $37.34 per child). The Classic Explore pass includes general admission, Australian red kangaroo encounter, one Nerf Battleground round and one round of activities at Adventure Bay (excluding zip line). Guests can upgrade to the Explore More pass for an additional $10 to enjoy everything in the Classic Explore pass plus unlimited Adventure Bay. Pinecrest Gardens Big Bunny Invasion

This holiday Pinecrest Gardens is tossing out the traditional “hunt” and replacing it with relaxing weekend evenings where both children and adults can play. Edgy and ephemeral, Big Bunny Invasion is a public light-art installation that blends fine art and community to ignite imaginations while providing the perfect setting for families to unwind, create and learn. Miami Gardens 9th Annual Easter Family Fun Day and Sky Egg Drop

The event takes place on Saturday, April 20 at Rolling Oaks Park, 18701 NW 17th Avenue in Miami Gardens. The event features free food, music and games.

Hialeah Eggstravaganza

Get your egg hunt on at the city's annual Eggstravaganza. The event takes place on April 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Milander Park, which is located at 4700 Palm Ave. in Hialeah.

Humane Society of Greater Miami

Hoof it over to the shelter on Saturday, April 20 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. for some two-legged and four-legged Easter fun for the whole family. You can enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt, Easter egg bowling, face painting, raffles, reading to shelter pets, food and refreshments plus more. Admission is free. Yard House

Just in time for Easter, Chug’s, the highly anticipated Cuban-style diner by Chef Michael Beltran is offering an assortment of take-home goodies. Diners will be able to enjoy delicious pastelitos by none other than Pastelito Papi, and Chug’s savory ham and short rib croquetas in the comfort of their own homes. Each individual to-go box will be $25 and include six croquetas and six signature pastelitos. Diners can choose from a selection of the popular PB&J, buffalo chicken, and Redland guava pastelito. The restaurant is offering diners an extravagant Easter brunch curated by Executive Chef Vijay Veena. The lavish spread will include an impressive, epicurean array featuring traditional and non-traditional selections from the Far East as well as several dessert and raw bar selections. Boulud Sud Miami

Chef Clark Bowen, of Michelin Star chef Daniel Boulud’s Mediterranean concept, Boulud Sud Miami, is making the restaurant’s signature brunch dish - the Moroccan Shakshouka - Kosher just in time for Passover. For the week of Passover, the dish -- a delectable blend of manouri cheese, kale and slow-poached eggs -- will swap out the side of bread for matzah upon request. The Spring Classics Menu will be available for the holiday and include multiple options for any pallet including Blackened Scallops over Jambalaya Risotto, Signature Steaks, Stuffed Chicken Breast, and more. Shooters Waterfront

Looking for some quality family time during the most egg-citing event of the year? Join Shooters Waterfront on April 21 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for an Easter celebration. After egg hunting with Easter bunny at 9:30 a.m., enjoy an indulgent all-day brunch buffet overlooking the stunning view of the Intracoastal waterway at the outdoor lounge. The multi-course brunch includes carving stations with prime rib, ham and turkey; a raw bar with sushi; the Cavatappi and Fettuccini at the pasta station; the desserts with a variety of pastries and delicate petit fours; and more await. Everyone’s favorite Pan-Asian Latin fusion Las Olas spot, Casa Sensei is serving up an eclectic spread for Easter Sunday Brunch along the Himmarshee Canal. With offerings from Guava Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast ($11) to Tempura Fried Chicken & Waffles ($14), Casa Sensei has a little bit of everything. Coral Gables is one of the tried and true favorites for Sunday brunch, and Easter is no different. With Miracle Mile literally hopping with brunch-goers, hop on down to Seek + Find, Coral Gables newest dining experience. Having recently brought on a new head chef, Bottomless Mimosas or Sangria ($18) aren’t the only thing that will have you begging for more. Seek + Find is also offering a prix fixe three-course menu only available for Easter brunch including their signature Tropical Benedict, Shrimp & Grits, No Name Snapper and Lychee Sorbet (to name a few). For $39 per person, it’s a meal you won’t want to miss.

The Keys Collection

The Keys Collection in Key West will be hosting a family-friendly Easter egg hunt on their expansive “Sunset Green” lawn in between The Gates Hotel and the 24 North Hotel at 10:30 am followed by Easter Brunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Easter brunchers can expect a spread of various breakfast staples such as eggs and bacon, as well as a refreshing Summer Salad topped with candied pecans, strawberries and blue cheese; the brunch even includes mixed fruit and an assortment of pastries all for $21.95. If you’d like to toss a few back with your brunch, bottomless mimosas are only $10 and bottomless Bloody Marys are a only $8. National Hotel

Collins Avenue’s elegant and cinematic Art Deco hotel, The National Hotel, is serving up a plentiful Easter Brunch Buffet at Tamara’s Bistro for $62 per adult and $25 for kids (inclusive of tax and gratuity), complete with live performances from the cast of LIVE at The National and an Egg Hunt for the kids from noon to 1 p.m. Easter isn’t complete without the Easter Bunny, who will visit The National for photo opportunities with families. Patrons can indulge in a brunch buffet that includes a full breakfast station, specialty breakfast items, bread station, desserts, carving station, brunch specialties, and one complimentary Mimosa or Bloody Mary. The Adult Brunch and Bottomless Mimosas package is available for $88 per person. Also included in the price of this Easter Brunch “eggs-travaganza,” guests will have all-day access to the hotel’s pool, the longest infinity-edge pool in Miami Beach.

AQ Chop House by Il Mulino

AQ Chop House by Il Mulino will be serving a luxe Easter brunch for $100 per person, $45 per child from ages 3 to 12 and $75 per person from the ages of 13 to 21. Guests can indulge in a variety of delicious brunch bites by sampling the restaurant’s multiple stations for carving, omelettes, pasta, fish, desserts and gelato. The brunch also includes unlimited mimosas, bellinis, rosé, bloody marys, mojitos, and red and rosé sangria. An Easter brunch is not complete without the Easter Bunny! The Restaurant at The Norton

The Restaurant at the Norton, the newest culinary destination in West Palm Beach, is hosting its first holiday brunch on Easter Sunday, April 21st from 11 am to 3 pm. The $65++ brunch includes coffee, tea, an appetizer buffet and choice of entrée from the limited brunch menu (think benedicts, pancakes, steak & eggs and more). The appetizer buffet will feature an array of pastries, salad, charcuterie and shrimp cocktail. Brunch cocktails such as Bloody Marys with candied bacon and Fresh Peach Bellinis along with other specialty cocktails will be available a la carte. A credit card is required upon reservation. If cancellations are made after April 18th, the credit card will be charged 50% of the group reservation.

Villa Azur

Enjoy a special Easter dessert only available Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20 at Villa Azur. The Fresh Lime Cheesecake Egg ($15), created by Executive Pastry Chef Abigail Tull has a rum roasted pineapple filling, adorned with silver leaf and presented in a nest of Katafi.

Verde

Verde, located in Pérez Art Museum Miami with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, will offer a three-course Easter Brunch prix-fixed menu on Sunday, April 21st. The brunch will be served family style and include appetizers such as Spring Pea Salad with Morels and a Smoked Salmon Platter; a selection of entrees featuring Strawberry Rhubarb Honey French Toast, Classic Eggs Benedict and Roasted Leg of Lamb with Mint Pesto; sides such as Roasted Marble potatoes and Grilled Asparagus; and a dessert assortment of Tres Leches Cake and Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes. Families can expect a visit from the Easter Bunny, an Egg Hunt and a Face Painter. Prices for adults are $55++ which includes non-alcoholic beverages + 1 glass of mimosa or specialty coffee and $75++ for non-alcoholic beverages + bottomless mimosas, sangria or bloody mary pitchers. Kids can enjoy brunch for $25++ which includes any non-alcoholic beverages. The resort’s Ilios restaurant is serving up a delicious Easter brunch from noon to 4 p.m. that’s perfect for the whole family. This event is open to the public and hotel guests alike for $65/adult and $25/child. Families who dine in Ilios will also enjoy an Easter Bunny Meet & Greet as well as Easter Egg Hunts at 12:30 pm and 2 p.m. and various activities for children throughout the day. Menu highlights include Crab Cake Benedict with Orange Hollandaise Sauce; Cinnamon and Raisin Brioche French Toast and Stuffed Pork Loin with Dried Fruit & Grand Marnier. Delano South Beach

The iconic hotel pulls out all the stops for Easter and serves up a whimsical brunch at Leynia, including live action meat and seafood stations, a raw bar and sushi, create-your-own omelettes and waffles as well as a variety of Argentinean stews. The Delano celebration will also feature an Easter egg hunt for children at 1 p.m., a bunny petting zoo and an Easter bunny photo booth (price: $85 for adults, $35 for children).

BALEEN kitchen at Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort

Known for bringing its nomadic lifestyle to life with a menu that celebrates the flavors of the world, come celebrate Easter ala brunch and oceanfront style at BALEENKitchen.
