Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
• crushed red pepper flakes (to personal spice preference)
• 4 tsp soy sauce
• 1/2 small cabbage
• 2 medium shredded carrots
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• 1 medium onion
• 8 medium sized tortillas

Create the slaw by combining half the soy sauce, red pepper, and vinegar. Then add the shredded cabbage, and the carrots, and let the mixture marinade about 30 minutes.

In another bowl, mix the sugar, the second half of the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Then add the beef and let it marinate about 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until transparent. Then add the beef and cook until done. Spoon the meat mixture into the tortillas and top with the flavorful slaw. Delicious!
